Our staff at Summerfield House are all trained and qualified including EYP, Degree in Early Years & Childcare, NNEB. NVQ & QCF at levels 2 and 3. Work based practical learning is encouraged and offered on a continuous basis with an external training provider. All staff are trained in First aid, Food Hygiene, Safeguarding Children and have the option to access a variety of courses offered by Early Years.

 

We have a dedicated, caring, professional team who devote their day to the children in their care and pay attention to detail. They offer a wealth of knowledge between them and have many years of experience which they happily share with parents to work together.
